Our attorney, John Stevens, began his legal career after graduating from the Mississippi College School of Law in 1989. During his law school years, he served as a chief justice on the Mississippi College Honor Court, as well as a staff member for the Mississippi College Law Review. John has been practicing law ever since, amassing nearly three decades of experience. He has also earned widespread recognition for his legal excellence.
In his spare time, John is an outdoorsman who enjoys running, hunting and fishing. But few things are as important as spending time with his wife and two children.
John offers his services to better the lives of victims and workers throughout Hinds County and the state of Mississippi, and he also is committed to building a stronger community in Jackson and the surrounding areas. He has partnered with several organizations and communities, including:
Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project

In addition to donating his time to Jackson-area legal services to provide pro-bono legal skills, he generously donates blood to Mississippi Blood Services. He was recently recognized for donating over 50 pints of blood and was featured in one of their commercials.
